Q: What is a FAQ?
A:
FAQ is an acronym for "frequently asked questions."
Q: What is an association and must I join?
A:
An association is a common interest community governed by a set of rules and regulations. One automatically becomes a member of the association by purchasing a home in Highland Ranch.
Q: What
do
my assessments get spent on?
A:
Assessments are applied to two main items, the operating budget and the reserve fund.
Q: What is a reserve fund?
A:
A portion of the assessments are deposited into the reserve fund. This money is to be used for replacement of items that have worn out over time. Our major reserve budget item is the fencing adjacent to the common areas.
Q: What if I have more than 10 questions?
A:
Break the questions into sections by subject and give each section a subhead, such as Sales, Products, or Services.
Q: What should I NOT include on this page?
A:
You don't need to include information such as your company contact information, because it's easily found on the Contact Us page. You could, however, include a question such as: What is the quickest way to contact you?
Q: How should I format the text on the page?
A:
It's a good idea to use a different format, such as bold, for the questions, so that it is easy to distinguish them from the answers.
