All the governing documents are available for viewing by clicking on the appropriate link below.  The documents have been re-typed for clarity with the exception of pages that had official stamps or notifications.  Those pages were scanned and added to the file.  Take note that the CC&R document is over 3MB in size and may take a few minutes to display.

The Architectural Standards Manual (ASM), Landscape Manual & the Property Usage Rules (PUR) were posted to the web site on 8/12/06.

You may save a copy of any document to your hard drive by "right clicking" on the document and selecting "Save Target As...".  When the "Save as..." window appears, click the "Save" button.
