Parking in cul-de-sacs There has been some confusion regarding parking in cul-de-sacs within Highland Ranch. The streets within our association fall within the jurisdiction of Washoe County and therefore Washoe County ordinances. It is a violation to park in any manner, other than parallel, even in cul-de-sacs.
COYOTE SIGHTINGS Earthquakes / Disasters Washoe County has a web site dedicated to emergency management. Check it out at www.readywashoe.com.
HELP STOP GRAFFITI !! Security guards and police are not the answer. Only a united, concerned community can stop the graffiti we have experienced. The homeowners' association is offering a $500.00 REWARD for information leading to the arrest and conviction of person(s) applying graffiti to homeowner and/or association property. To report tagging call 785-4629. Call the association office for details regarding the reward.
