| Design Committee The design committee members are volunteers appointed by the board of directors. There are no set terms for design committee members. The function of the design committee is to review plans and specifications submitted by homeowners for conformity to the CC&Rs, Bylaws, Property Usage Rules and Architectural Standards manual.
