| HRHA Board of Directors Board members are volunteers, elected by the homeowners to two year terms. The terms are staggered so, barring resignations, one election year will have two open board positions and the following year will have three. Elections are in June and are conducted by secret ballot. Immediately after the new board takes office, the board members elect a president, vice president, secretary & treasurer.
